What is a Healthy Lifestyle Coach?


A professional who works with individuals and groups in a client-centered process to facilitate and empower them to achieve self-determined goals related to health and wellness. Successful coaching takes place when clearly defined knowledge and skills are applied to allow clients to mobilize internal strengths and external resources for a sustainable healthy lifestyle, with primary focus on health, wellness and prevention.


What can I expect from your coaching sessions?


A professional, yet friendly, compassionate and supportive relationship with open communication techniques, including active listening and action planning that will motivate and sustaining behavior changes that result in your healthy lifestyle goal attainment and maintenance.


What qualifies your coaching as a premier service?


I have been trained specifically for health coaching at Emory University, in addition to my 20+ years of related experiences and background in the natural health arena.  The techniques and strategies I use have been proven through scientific research.  Plus...I walk the talk!


What is the structure of a typical session?


After the initial session where you tell me your goals, and i have assessed your greatest challenges, i develop a personalized plan, baased on proven research, that will move your through your challenges.  We conversate, take notes, mutually determine your best path and proceed.  What to expect when following the recommended methodologies is discussed.

How long are your coaching sessions?


Typically, coaching sessions are 30 minutes each, however, 45 and 60 minutes sessions are available. We accomplish a lot in 30 minutes, and if we are runnning over, I do not stop in the middle of a major breakthrough due to time constraints.



How often are the sessions scheduled?


Typically, coaching sessions start with 3 times a week, move to twice weekly and end up with weekly sessions over the course of your 60 - 90 day commitment.  The scheduling is basaed on your determined need and desire to commit to the needed direction and support to attain and sustain your goals. 


What are your healthy living coaching packages?


We have 3 packages available:  Premium Premium Plus, and Platinum.
